## What ivey does

ivey is a live poker session tracker and journal for iOS, now available on the App Store. Players start a Live Session when they sit down at the table — recording rebuys, key hands, behavioral observations, and equity calculations in real time. After the session, they can add a voice review. ivey AI transcribes the voice note, extracts structured data, and assigns behavioral tags. All data is stored locally on the user's device. No account, no cloud, no subscription required.

8-step guided flow to record important hands street by street: setup, hero cards, preflop, flop, turn, river, results, and tags. Logs every player's action (fold/call/raise/all-in) with automatic side pot calculation. Generates a shareable text hand history.

### 3. Equity Calculator + Pot Odds
Calculate 2–10 player equity using Monte Carlo and exact calculation. Real-time Pot Odds vs Equity comparison showing CALL or FOLD recommendation. EV calculation included. Opens directly from Live Session and auto-links to the current hand.

### 4. Voice-first session logging
Users record a voice note after each session. ivey AI (powered by OpenAI Whisper and GPT-4o) transcribes the audio and pulls structured session data — buy-in, cash-out, venue name, game type, blinds, duration — without the user typing anything.

### 5. AI behavioral tagging
Every session is tagged with behavioral observations across 5 categories: pre-flop tendencies, post-flop decisions, game plan, live reads, and mental state. 51 approved tags with intensity levels 1–3.
