1. Overview

ivey ("we", "our", or "us") is developed by ARTZY. This policy explains how ivey handles your information in accordance with Apple App Store guidelines and applicable privacy laws.

2. Local Data Storage

All session data you create in ivey is stored locally on your device. This includes:

• Session records (buy-ins, cash-outs, venues, dates, notes)
• Key hand histories
• Behavioral tags and AI-generated analysis
• App settings and preferences

The ivey team cannot access any data stored on your device. We have no servers that store your session data, hand histories, or personal records. Deleting the app permanently removes all locally stored data.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

ivey uses third-party AI services to power its core features. When you use these features, your data is sent directly to the third-party provider for processing:

• Voice recordings are sent for transcription, then immediately discarded by the provider.
• Session text is sent for behavioral analysis and tag generation.
• Key hand descriptions are sent for hand analysis and decision feedback.

This processing is essential to ivey's core functionality. The ivey team cannot access your voice recordings, session text, or key hand descriptions. These are processed entirely by the third-party AI provider and are not stored or accessible by us. The third-party provider's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy.

4. Analytics We Collect

ivey uses PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics. This helps us understand how users interact with the app so we can improve the experience. The data we collect includes:

• Which screens and features you open
• Button taps and navigation patterns
• App version and device type

We cannot see your poker session data, hand histories, voice recordings, or any personal content through analytics. Analytics data is used solely to improve the app experience and identify usability issues.

5. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties for advertising purposes.
• We do not collect or store your poker session data on our servers.
• We do not have access to your voice recordings or transcription content.
• We do not track your identity or link analytics to personal information.

6. Future Cloud Features

We may introduce optional cloud backup features in the future. If and when such features are offered, they will be opt-in, and this privacy policy will be updated accordingly before launch. Currently, all data remains exclusively on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

ivey is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your Rights

Since your data is stored only on your device, you have full control. You can delete all data at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling ivey.
