By downloading, installing, or using ivey ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of ivey worldwide.
ivey is a live poker session recording and analysis application developed by ARTZY. The App allows users to log poker sessions, tag behavioral patterns, and receive AI-generated analysis. ivey is designed for personal, non-commercial use.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use ivey. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. ivey does not knowingly permit users under 17 to use the App.
ARTZY grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ivey on your personal Apple device solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
ivey offers optional paid subscriptions and in-app purchases to unlock premium features.
By default, the session data, notes, and hand records you create in ivey are stored on your device. If you enable optional cloud features (such as ivey Pro Cloud Sync or ivey Club), the relevant data is transmitted to and stored on our servers as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain full ownership of your content.
When you use AI-powered features, relevant content (such as session text or hand descriptions) is transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. By using these features, you consent to this processing. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you input.
When you post content to ivey Club (including hand records, posts, and comments), you grant ARTZY a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content to other users within the App solely for the purpose of operating the ivey Club feature. You retain full ownership of all content you post. This license terminates when you delete the content from ivey Club.
ivey Club is a social feature within the App that allows users to post content, leave comments, and participate in a real-time chat hall ("Club"). By using ivey Club, you agree to the following community standards.
Content Standards: We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior of any kind. You may not post content that is offensive, harassing, threatening, or hateful; sexually explicit or violent; spam, fraudulent, or deceptive; or in violation of any applicable laws.
Reporting: You may report objectionable content or accounts through the in-app report function. ARTZY will review reports and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.
Blocking: You may block other users within ivey Club to prevent them from interacting with you.
Message Retention: Club Hall messages are automatically removed from the chat 48 hours after posting. Audit logs are retained for 90 days and are accessible to administrators only.
Enforcement: ARTZY reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice. Accounts that repeatedly or severely violate community standards may be suspended or permanently banned.

The ivey App, including its name, design, graphics, icons, and code, is the property of ARTZY and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
ivey integrates third-party services including AI providers and analytics tools. Your use of features powered by these services is also subject to the respective third-party's terms and privacy policies. ARTZY is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
ivey is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ARTZY does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Poker analysis and AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARTZY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ivey, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if ARTZY has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ARTZY reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or App Store update notes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
